Backed by a fantastic senior leadership team with infectious passion and energy, they're looking to recruit a Retail Manager to drive national sales performance across the UK, leading a field team to deliver exceptional in-store execution and customer experience. You'll be a true brand ambassador: commercially sharp, people-focused, and passionate about luxury beauty.

Responsibilities
- Drive and track sales targets across the UK to meet and exceed KPIs
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing field sales team
- Travel regularly to support key stores and management relationships
- Analyse sales data and report on performance vs. brand expectations
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and new launch execution
- Manage budgets, including incentives, commissions and staffing
- Recruit and develop talent aligned to brand values

Requirements
- Proven multi-site retail management experience
- Background in Makeup and/or Skincare essential
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Confident communicator, calm under pressure
- Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Flexible, collaborative, and willing to travel
