Senior Road Logistics Tender & Pricing Manager

This role, as our National Road Logistics Tender & Pricing Manager, is a game-changer: You’ll secure high-value business opportunities while shaping the future of our Road Logistics division through strategic tender and pricing leadership.
You’ll collaborate across Sales, Operations, Customer Solutions, and international teams to design cutting-edge, operationally viable, and commercially competitive logistics solutions. Ideal for a results-driven logistics professional who transforms customer needs into transformative logistics propositions.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full tender management lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, timely submissions across strategic opportunities.
- Design and execute competitive pricing strategies—striking a balance between customer demands, operational feasibility, and profitability.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Solutions, and global stakeholders to shape customised logistics solutions.
- Analyse customer needs, market trends, and cost structures to develop compelling commercial proposals.
- Drive process excellence by refining tender workflows, pricing models, and bid management strategies.
- Contribute to strategic growth by identifying ways to elevate service offerings and customer value.
- Prioritise and manage the tender pipeline, meeting critical deadlines for multiple initiatives.
- Become a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, guiding bids to success.

Why You – Key Requirements
- Strong foundation in Road Logistics with at least 2 years of experience, including leadership in the field.
- Hands-on experience in tender management, pricing, business development, or commercial logistics roles.
- Deep understanding of Road Logistics operations, European transport networks, and supply chain dynamics.
- A portfolio of results: winning commercial proposals and managing complex customer opportunities.
- Sharp analytical skills to interpret data, model pricing scenarios, and deliver commercially astute insights.
- Proven multi-tasking ability—managing tight deadlines while supporting multiple bids simultaneously.
- Cross-functional leadership: Strong stakeholder management to guide influential teams in a matrix environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and polished presentation capabilities for building customer-ready material.
