Sales Director
Fire Protection Solutions
Location: UK wide | Flexible Base
Package: Six figure Executive Salary + Performance Bonus + Company Car/Car Allowance + Comprehensive Benefits
Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing private equity-backed fire protection businesses, delivering market-leading fire safety, compliance and risk management solutions across the built environment.
As part of an ambitious growth strategy, the business is seeking to appoint an exceptional Sales Director to lead the continued expansion of one of its key UK business divisions, focused on either the Healthcare, Education, or Social Housing sectors.
Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, this is a high-profile appointment offering the opportunity to shape commercial strategy, develop major customer relationships, build a high-performing sales function and play a key role in the next stage of the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the commercial strategy for one of the company's strategic market sectors.
- Identify, secure and develop major UK customers across Healthcare, Education or Social Housing.
- Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, estates professionals, FM providers and procurement teams.
- Lead complex bids, framework opportunities, tenders and commercial negotiations.
- Drive new business growth while expanding existing strategic accounts.
- Work closely with operational and technical teams to ensure outstanding customer delivery and retention.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to maximise growth.
- Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing sales team.
About You
You will be an accomplished Sales Director or Business Development Director with a proven history of delivering significant revenue growth within one or more of the following sectors:
- NHS and Healthcare Estates
- Education
- Social Housing
- Fire Protection
- Compliance Services
- Technical Building Services
- Engineering Services

You will also demonstrate:
- A successful track record of winning major strategic accounts.
- Experience operating at Executive, Board and C-Suite level.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- The ability to develop and execute ambitious sales strategies.
- A collaborative leadership style with experience developing successful sales teams.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
