UK Sales Lead – Creative Merchandise Brand
We’re hiring a UK Sales Lead for a creative merchandise brand specialising in bespoke apparel and products for brands, clubs, and cultural moments. Our designs are imbued with personality, ethically produced, and made to be worn, not forgotten.
We’re seeking a commercially astute, well-connected sales leader to help scale our growth brand by opening doors with:
- Brands & agencies
- Sports clubs
- Corporate clients
- Licensing partners
This role is not about managing existing accounts—it’s about creating new opportunities.
You’ll be:
- Out in the market, building strategic relationships
- Pitching creative solutions to potential partners
- Winning new business and shaping the company’s commercial future

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)
You’ll need a proven track record in:
- New business, partnerships, or commercial growth Experience across:
- Merchandise, apparel, fashion
- Corporate gifting, licensing, events
- Agencies or brand partnerships
- Sport (both professional and grassroots)
A strong, lived-in network—contacts you can easily call upon.
**Confidence to sell beyond traditional sales'];
- Strong commercial instincts, particularly around:
- Pricing & margin strategy
- Production timelines and logistics Drive to work autonomously while building a meaningful sales function.
