National Sales Manager UK (male/female/nonbinary) Powder Coatings

Due to some upcoming retirements, we are currently reorganizing the sales team and are exploring a new location for our sales office in the UK.
Your job
- Set up and lead the national sales team with active communication of vision, strategy and targets
- Take care on strategic marketing and business development of our powder coating and ink products in the UK
- Ensure excellent knowledge about national competitors due to professional market analysis and create an aligned sales strategy
- Active selling (acquisition of new clients, managing existing key accounts and servicing existing customers)
- Creation and control of the annual budget and sales plan
- Realize accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts in alignment with our Global Sales TEAM in the headquarters Austria
- Perform product demonstrations and technical support for customers
- Manage all organizational and operational tasks of the sales site

- Higher commercial and/or technical education
- Solid technical understanding
- At least 3 years of sales experience within the powder coating industry
- Consultative selling skills with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong communication skills and sensitivity for customer needs
