National Sales Manager – Twenty7tec
Twenty7tec transforms financial advice through technology. We partner with businesses of all sizes who share our ambition to simplify, streamline and digitise financial services in the mortgage and wealth markets. Our technology can be customised to meet both the needs of our partners and their clients.
We are currently recruiting for a National Sales Manager to join our growing team and drive sales of our company’s products to new customers. You will also support the customer team in upselling new products to existing customers, ensuring our revenue targets are met across all channel product lines.

Responsibilities
As National Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead nationwide sales activity to achieve revenue targets
- Establish professional relationships with key stakeholders in prospect and customer accounts
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective customers
- Monitor performance metrics, and suggest growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Research and identify new potential customers and market opportunities
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product development to ensure brand consistency
- Stay updated on new product launches and align the sales team accordingly
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and target setting for the team
- Accurately report on revenue, team activity, sales pipeline, and KPIs
- Confidently present and sell Twenty7Tec products and services to clients
- Ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded
- Manage sales activity via internal CRM systems
- Stay informed on product roadmaps and key industry trends
- Identify underserved market areas with commercial value
- Support marketing collateral creation and strategic positioning
- Be the escalation point for partner concerns
- Represent the company at industry events
- Travel to meet clients when required

Requirements
To apply for this role, you will need:
- Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above, or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- 2+ years of account management or sales experience
- Line management experience is advantageous

- Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 GBP (basic) with uncapped commission
