National Sales Manager
Location: Bristol to East Anglia
Salary: Up to £60,000 + 25% Bonus + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales leader to join a market-leading manufacturer in the home improvement and water treatment sector. This newly created role offers genuine autonomy to shape and develop a growing direct sales function, managing an initial team of three field-based Sales Consultants, expanding to six over time.
You will:
- Lead from the front, coaching and mentoring your team in the field
- Implement best-practice sales processes, KPIs, performance metrics, and development plans
- Work closely with senior leadership to:
- Define sales strategy
- Improve customer journeys
- Build a high-performance culture focused on growth and customer satisfaction

We're seeking a hands-on sales manager with experience in:
- Leading and developing sales teams
- Improving performance and driving results
- Direct-to-consumer, home improvement, or consultative sales environments (highly desirable)

Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing and coaching field-based or internal sales teams
- Strong background in direct-to-consumer or in-home sales
- Success in:
- Improving sales processes, conversion rates and team performance
- Implementing KPIs, performance metrics and coaching frameworks
- Analysing sales data and translating insights into practical actions
- Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills
- Hands-on coaching style, comfortable spending significant time in the field alongside your team
- Experience in:
- Recruiting
- Developing
- Scaling successful sales teams
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in the following advantageous sectors:
