National Sales Manager
North of England (able to commute 1/2 times a week to major cities in the North)

Noble Futures are partnered with a leading manufacturer in the pet industry who are seeking someone for a high-impact, visionary leadership role. In this role you will own the end-to-end strategy for our clients dynamic Pet Trade channel, driving explosive growth across major national accounts alongside key specialist retailers. As a critical catalyst for our clients expansion, you will grow, build, mentor and upscale a talented, multi-tiered team of National Account Managers, Internal Account Managers and Field Sales professionals from scratch to unleash their full potential. Collaborating directly with Senior Leadership, Marketing, and Supply Chain you will revolutionise our clients commercial performance, pioneer new distribution gains and modernise all operational processes.

Requirements:
- Pet Industry experience essential.
- Proven leadership experience.
- National Account Management / Channel Management background.
- Experience managing major retail or specialist pet accounts.
- Comfortable operating within a fast-moving entrepreneurial business.
- Strong commercial and strategic capability.
