ABOUT THE ROLE
At KEY HEALTH (formerly Key Health Solutions), we’re a dynamic UK provider of critical medical equipment services, including biomedical engineering, specialist diagnostics, and hospital technologies. Since 2006, we’ve grown to serve over 1,000 NHS and private healthcare organisations, delivering tailored, cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager with expertise in biomedical engineering services, test equipment, or clinical device sales—specifically in specialties like Urology, ENT, or Ophthalmology. While industry-specific experience is ideal, we value proactive business development, technical insight, and a proven sales track record.
Role Overview
Act as a Sales Manager accountable for revenue growth across service contracts, test equipment, and clinical devices, helping Key Health expand its partnerships with NHS Trusts, private hospitals, and OEMs. Key responsibilities include:
- Demand generation — Identify and convert opportunities in biomedical careers (PPM, repairs, comprehensive contracts) and field service support
- Commercial presentations — Pitch test equipment (safety analysers, electrical testers, capital systems) and medical devices to clinical, EBME, procurement, and operations teams
- Account management — Strengthen ties with existing clients to drive renewals and upsell opportunities
- Market insights — Influence product strategy, pricing, and distribution through data-driven collaboration
- Cross-functional integration — Align sales with engineering, operations, and marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
