National Sales Manager
National Sales Manager β United Kingdom | Solar Distribution | OSW
At One Stop Warehouse (OSW), we are accelerating the global transition to renewable energy by delivering high-quality solar products and smart distribution solutions. As we continue our expansion across Europe, we are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Senior Sales Director β United Kingdom to lead our UK growth strategy, drive revenue performance, and establish OSW as a leading solar distribution partner in the market.
Your Role
As National Sales Manager β United Kingdom, you will lead OSW's commercial growth strategy across the UK market, including the development and execution of ambitious sales plans, strategic partnerships, high-performing teams, and sustainable revenue growth across solar modules, inverters, battery storage, EV charging solutions, and renewable energy products.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for sales performance, market expansion, key account development, and commercial execution within one of Europeβs most dynamic renewable energy markets.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute OSW's UK sales strategy, identifying:
- Market opportunities
- Growth sectors
- Routes to market
- Lead all commercial activities across the UK, delivering ambitious:
- Revenue targets
- Margin objectives
- Market share growth
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing sales organisation, fostering:
- Accountability
- Performance culture
- Customer focus
- Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with:
- Key installers
- EPCs (energy performance contractors)
- Wholesalers
- Developers
- Commercial partners
- Own and manage the UK sales pipeline, ensuring:
- Robust forecasting
- Opportunity management
- Effective sales execution
- Drive customer acquisition while expanding and developing existing strategic accounts
- Negotiate and secure high-value commercial agreements with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with:
- Global procurement teams
- Product management
- Marketing and operations
- Ensure market competitiveness
- Maximise customer satisfaction
- Analyse market trends, including:
- Competitor activity
- Pricing dynamics
- Regulatory developments
- Inform strategic decision-making
- Lead:
- Contract negotiations
- Commercial frameworks
- Pricing strategies
- Maximise profitability and long-term growth
- Represent OSW at:
- Industry events
- Conferences
- Trade associations
- Strengthen brand awareness and market presence
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on:
