About This Role
Are you an experienced National Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Senior Sales Manager looking for your next challenge? As our National Sales Manager for the South, you will be taking ownership of developing new business, strengthening customer relationships and driving the continued growth of Dawsongroup Energy Solutions.
- Developing and growing a strong customer base across the South, working with both new and existing Dawsongroup customers.
- Delivering ambitious sales targets by building a healthy pipeline of opportunities across multiple industry sectors.
- Negotiating commercial agreements and establishing long term partnerships that deliver value for both customers and the business.
- Working closely with senior leadership to help shape the Business Unit's product portfolio, business plan and future growth strategy.
- Collaborating across Dawsongroup to identify opportunities and generate intercompany leads.
About You
You're someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors and turning opportunities into lasting partnerships. You understand how to grow an asset rental business through consultative selling and consistently delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a successful track record of developing and winning new business.
- A well established portfolio of customers across a range of industry sectors.
- Experience within the Temporary Power Generation sector would be advantageous.
- Experience within an asset based rental business would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to negotiate commercial agreements.
