National Service Sales Manager – Join Our Team at FläktGroup UK

📍Nationwide | 🏢 Remote Based

We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Service Sales leader to take on a high-impact role at FläktGroup UK. This is your opportunity to lead a national team, influence strategy, and play a key role in driving profitable growth across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a national Service Sales team, creating a high-performance culture and ensuring individuals are aligned to clear objectives and targets
  • Own and deliver the Service Sales plan, driving consistent performance through robust forecasting, pipeline management, and regular performance reviews
  • Shape and influence commercial strategy, identifying market trends and growth opportunities to strengthen FläktGroup’s position within the UK HVAC service sector
  • Build and maintain key customer relationships, taking a hands-on role with major accounts to drive long-term, profitable partnerships
  • Enhance operational effectiveness, embedding CRM (Dynamics) and best-practice sales processes to improve efficiency, focus, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, contributing to strategic planning, business reviews, and continuous improvement across the service offering

What You Bring

Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven Sales Management experience (5+ years)
  • Strong background in HVAC or related industry
  • Experience managing budgets, teams, and key accounts

Skills & Attributes

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Commercially savvy with the drive to deliver results
  • Able to balance short-term performance with long-term growth

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Industry qualifications (HNC/HND, CIBSE, IOR) – desirable but not essential
