National Warehouse Manager
National (ideally Based Near Clevedon) – Regular UK Travel Required £35,000 – £45,000 DOE
Lead, optimise and transform warehouse operations across the UK.

About The Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced National Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimise warehouse operations across multiple UK sites. This is a high‑impact, national role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to drive operational excellence.

You’ll lead multi‑site warehouse teams, implement best‑practice processes, maximise efficiency and support the operational needs of Hydro’s UK businesses. You’ll also play a key role in improving stock accuracy, enhancing service levels and delivering supply chain improvements.
This role includes regular UK travel and overnight stays.
About You
You’re someone who thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment and brings:
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple site teams
- Experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain management
- Background in a team lead/management role — ideally within equipment supply or similar industries
- Expertise in inventory control and warehouse management systems
- Strong IT skills with experience using ERP systems
- A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills and the confidence to lead change
About The Role — What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Developing and implementing strategic warehouse operations plans
- Setting performance goals and tracking results across multiple sites
- Overseeing inventory control activities and improving stock accuracy
- Managing the flow of goods between warehouses and operational teams
- Leading warehouse teams nationwide — hiring, training, coaching and conducting performance reviews
- Collaborating with HR to support people development and workforce planning
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Producing reports and analysing data to support operational decisions
- Managing warehouse budgets and controlling operational expenditure
- Supporting the wider business by improving warehouse performance and service levels
