Position: Crowd Workers Accents/Dialects
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20 - $50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver structured audio recordings based on detailed prompts while maintaining native accent authenticity.
- Consistently reproduce assigned accents and dialects across multiple recording sessions to ensure accuracy.
- Manage the full audio capture process independently, ensuring high-quality sound and clear articulation.
- Accurately document session details and maintain meticulous records of audio submissions for quality control.
- Provide written feedback on prompt clarity and accent-specific challenges to improve the recording process.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to meet established deadlines and quality benchmarks while upholding data privacy standards.

Requirements
- Demonstrate native proficiency in at least one target accent or dialect.
- Have proven experience in audio recording and structured data collection.
- Possess the ability to maintain accent consistency and linguistic integrity across sessions.
- Exhibit strong self-management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Have the technical aptitude to operate recording equipment and manage digital files.
