The Program & Your Experience
This 12-month graduate development program gives recent graduates hands-on exposure to key areas such as:

What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will involve:
- Assisting brokers in renewals and placements for Natural Resources clients (e.g., energy companies, utilities, oil & gas operators).
- Analysing quotes, coverage options, and risk recommendations for our clients.
- Developing deep sector knowledge in:
- Oil & gas infrastructure
- Utilities & energy networks
- Renewable energy projects
- Climate risk mitigation
- Participating in structured training alongside real-world client interactions.
- Collaborating with broking, placement, and support teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
- Managing policy and client data systems with accuracy.
- Contributing to growth areas such as ESG integration and transition risk.
What You’ll Bring to Us

Ideal candidates are:
- Recent or upcoming graduates (up to 2 classes/terms into post-secondary programs) from any degree discipline.
- Curious, proactive learners with a passion for business dynamics, problem-solving, and risk management.

- Cumulative GPA of 3.2+, demonstrating strong academic foundations.
- Inquisitive mindset and excitement to explore commercial environments.
