Are you an experienced NDEA Level 3 & 4 Energy Assessor looking for the flexibility of a fully remote role with a growing consultancy?
Zest4Talent is recruiting for an NDEA Level 3 & 4 Energy Assessor to join an established consultancy delivering commercial energy assessment services across a diverse portfolio of buildings throughout the UK.

What you'll be doing:
- ✅ Producing Level 3 & 4 Commercial EPCs across a wide range of commercial properties
- ✅ Undertaking site surveys and collecting building data where required
- ✅ Preparing high-quality EPC reports and advising clients on energy efficiency improvements
- ✅ Managing your own workload while delivering projects to agreed timescales
- ✅ Working closely with clients and colleagues to provide an excellent level of service
- ✅ Supporting wider building performance and energy consultancy projects where appropriate
What we're looking for:
- ✔ NDEA Level 3 & 4 Accreditation
- ✔ Experience producing Commercial EPCs
- ✔ Strong knowledge of commercial energy assessment and current legislation
- ✔ Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- ✔ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- ✔ Experience using IES VE would be highly advantageous
