Join a High-Performing Team at Our Cutting-Edge Deeside Facility and Earn More While Staying Local!

We are looking for experienced NDT Quality Control Welding Inspectors to work at our fully digital manufacturing plant in Deeside. The successful applicant(s) will join an experienced team of quality engineers and QC inspectors, working closely with technical and production departments in the manufacture of nuclear fabrications.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £27.07, and with overtime (higher rate) opportunities, your earnings can increase significantly. For example, working just two hours of overtime from Monday to Thursday could boost your weekly pay by around 30%—and that’s without factoring in additional weekend overtime options. This means you can enjoy a competitive salary while staying local, close to home, without the need to travel abroad or relocate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
