Job Responsibilities
- Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
- Completes work with limited supervision and regularly provides guidance to others
- Provides informal support and direction to less experienced team members
- Develops problem-solving approaches for infrequently occurring or atypical situations based on existing procedures
- Impacts the results of own work team effectively
- Promotes personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to HMH’s governing HSSE policy

Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in a range of processes or procedures
- Basic understanding of team integration and cross-functional collaboration
- Good communication skills, capable of exchanging moderately complex information often within the team
