Telling stories exceptionally well both through writing and video. Using technology, learning new skills and adapting workflows according to the situation. Pitching creatively a wide breadth of stories from your own patch.

Excellent communication skills in Scottish Gaelic & English and complete fluency in spoken and written Gaelic. A deep interest in news and current affairs in the Gaelic context and an excellent understanding of the Gaelic audience and especially our opportunity audiences. Willing to find creative new ways of telling stories that resonate with the Gaelic audience and the wider population across Scotland. Very good technical skills to help create and deliver original journalism on all platforms. Enthusiasm and resilience in terms of working as part of a small team to serve our audiences.
