Role Overview
Job Title: Senior Project/Team Manager (NEC3/NEC4) or Senior Cost/Cost Manager
Key Purpose
Join our growing team to support high-profile infrastructure projects and nurture the next generation of project managers. Roles primarily operate in a hybrid model, aligned with client needs.
Core Requirements
Must-Have Experience & Skills
- Substantial expertise in infrastructure project/programme management across the full lifecycle, including:
- Project management principles
- Meeting client objectives
- Contract management (with a focus on NEC3/NEC4)
- Leadership, team development, and equilibrium in high-stakes/ambiguous environments
- Financial management, project controls, safety, quality, and sustainability
- Active administration of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts, preferably as a named ECC (ECC: Engineering and Construction Contract) Project Manager or equivalent within the last 12 months
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, navigating diverse personalities, and cultivating trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Sharp analytical, numerical, and diplomatic problem-solving skills
- Abilitty to resolve complex issues efficiently – working under pressure
- Commercial, foresight, and budgeting experience
- Advanced planning/organization skills, including Juggling multiple workstreams and swift communication with senior clients

Highly Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience in procurement or NEC ecosystem
- Managing contractors, consultants, and advisors for infrastructure projects
- Consultancy or client-side project leadership
- Awareness of UK public sector (government arms-length/non-departmental entities)
Preferred Qualifications
- Accreditation: NEC3 or NEC4 (Project Management accreditation)
- Degree/HND in: Construction, Infrastructure, or Management disciplines, or comparable experience
- Professional affiliation (e.g., APM, RICS, or ICE)
