Employment Status: Permanent Full Time (Monday to Friday) Location: Warwick, QLD Remuneration:
- $33.22 per hour

About the Role

As our Neighbourhood Administration / Scheduling Officer, you’ll ensure smoother operations within our Community Care team, supporting teams and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate functions across neighbourhood teams
- First point of contact for internal/external customers (phone, email, in-person)
- Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries
- Rostering and scheduling for neighbourhood support staff
- Create correspondence and documentation on demand
- Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements
- Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies
- Arrange maintenance/repairs for office equipment
- Maintain the integrity of financial, HR, and database records
- Use mainstream software, including Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (intermediate to advanced level)
- Assist senior staff with special projects, as required

Role Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in rostering/scheduling (preferred but not mandatory)
- Exceptional time-management and prioritisation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and database applications
- Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset
