Neighbourhood Administration Officer

Neighbourhood Administration / Scheduling Officer | BlueCare | Community Care

Employment Status: Permanent Full Time (Monday to Friday) Location: Warwick, QLD Remuneration:

  • $33.22 per hour

About the Role

As our Neighbourhood Administration / Scheduling Officer, you’ll ensure smoother operations within our Community Care team, supporting teams and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate functions across neighbourhood teams
  • First point of contact for internal/external customers (phone, email, in-person)
  • Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries
  • Rostering and scheduling for neighbourhood support staff
  • Create correspondence and documentation on demand
  • Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements
  • Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies
  • Arrange maintenance/repairs for office equipment
  • Maintain the integrity of financial, HR, and database records
  • Use mainstream software, including Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (intermediate to advanced level)
  • Assist senior staff with special projects, as required

Role Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Exceptional time-management and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database applications
  • Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset
