Reporting to: Letting & Administration Team Leader Department: Housing Services & Community Engagement Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Place of Work: The Generali Building (The Liberty Building), Blanchardstown Retail Park, Dublin 15, D15 YT2H Salary: Approx. DOE €32,000 P/A

ABOUT US

Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) is the national organisation representing, promoting and developing co-operative housing in Ireland. Since our foundation in 1973 we have provided over 5,700 homes through homeownership, shared ownership and social rented co-operatives. As an Approved Housing Body (AHB), we work with various stakeholders in the housing sector, including Local Authorities, Government, aspiring homeowners, tenants and developers. We currently manage over 6,708 properties across Ireland.

ROLE OVERVIEW

To provide administrative and lettings support to our neighbourhood’s teams. To deliver services of high quality, replicating high standards continually, achieving and exceeding performance targets. This is a full-time permanent role based on a 35-hour week (Monday to Friday).

This role reports to the Lettings and Administration Team Leader. The role has a contracted office base, but our way of working means that hybrid-working (a mix of office-based working and working from home and other locations) is normal.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Letting Our Homes:

  • Arrange property viewings.
  • Respond to lettings enquiries and provide housing advice to prospective.
  • Develop adverts and marketing campaigns for any hard to let properties which local authorities can’t provide a nomination for in partnership with Neighbourhood Specialists.
  • Ensure accurate tenancy agreements and sign-up packs are produced.
  • Ensure that nomination packs are produced and sent to all nominated people.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
