Neighbourhood Officer
Location: Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: £36,778.73 per annum
Fulltime: 37hrs per week
Positions: 1x Permanent and 1x Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Are you passionate about creating safe, welcoming and well-maintained communities? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Neighbourhood Officer to join our collaborative Housing Team.
In this varied role, you’ll manage neighbourhood and tenancy matters across our estates — from resolving anti-social behaviour and neighbour nuisance to carrying out estate inspections, supporting tenants, leading community improvement projects and working closely with partners such as the Police, Social Services, Mental Health Services and Early Help Hubs.

You’ll bring experience from housing or another customer-focused environment, strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work independently while being part of a supportive team. A full, current driving licence is essential.
