Neighbourhood Policing Lead Trainer – Learning and Development Department
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Dyfed-Powys Police as a Neighbourbourhood Policing Lead Trainer within the Learning and Development Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, manage, monitor and develop all appropriate learning and development activities and staff as directed by the Learning and Development Services Manager.
- Ensure high-quality, consistent learning experiences are provided to customers (staff, officers, and teams).
- Provide effective daily supervision, guidance and support to officers and staff.
- Enable the development of competence and skills in your team while ensuring adherence to organisational standards and objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
This role is ideal for candidates with:
- Skills and passion for training, mentoring and workforce development.
- Experience in policing, public sector, or staff training.
- Evidence of effective leadership, communication and coaching skills.
