Location: Leatherhead, Maidstone, Haywards Heath office – Hybrid

Salary: £48,614 - £57,190 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood Response Manager to join the team in the South region. Your role will be focused on managing our regional LiveSmart (Over 55’s Housing) Team in the South area, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all contractors for our Over 55’s Housing schemes are running smoothly.

You’ll liaise with other departments to identify and agree priorities for improvements; ensuring the team works collaboratively with other teams, residents groups and external partners.

With your experience of team management, you’ll be an expert at motivating others and building relationships across the business.

You’ll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a proven ability in influencing and negotiating.

You’ll have a strong track record of delivering results along with extensive experience of housing management practice and housing legislation.

With hybrid working, base locations across England and flexible working arrangements this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in either Maidstone, Haywards Heath or Leatherhead. Frequent travel across our region will be required on a weekly basis undertaking visits to schemes and the wider Clarion community as required, as well as attending regular meetings at our office locations, as required.

Applicants must be able to travel across the South region on a weekly basis, this includes Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
