Neighbourhood Response Officer
Location: Manchester (Fountain Steet) or Salford (Elkanagh Gardens) – Hybrid Working Arrangement
Salary: £34,000 to £39,408 per annum (pro rata)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 18 hours per week
We're looking for a dedicated Neighbourhood Response Officer to support residents, deliver effective neighbourhood management of properties in the local regions, and ensure Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
About the Role
As a Neighbourhood Response Officer, you will:
- Assist centrally based teams by conducting customer visits, viewing, and sign-up appointments.
- Identify, investigate, and report tenancy breaches and incidents of anti-social behaviour.
- Collaborate with other teams, external agencies, and residents to enhance local community facilities, activities, and events.
- Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers in partnership with resident groups.
- Ensure estates are clean, tidy, and free from health and safety risks by addressing fly tipping and monitoring grounds maintenance.
- Regularly travel across the local region to meet residents and conduct site visits.

This is a hybrid role requiring you to spend up to 2 days per week in the Manchester (Fountain Steet) or Salford (Elkanagh Gardens) office, with the rest of your time split between remote work and on-site duties.

- Ability to travel across the region as needed.
- Passing a Basic Criminal Record Check.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
- Current residence in England or Wales.
