How You’ll Be Involved
The Neighbourhood Housing Manager will play a significant role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations within defined areas. You will have line management responsibility for our Neighbourhood Housing Officers who deliver housing management services across our estates. You will act as a role model for our behaviours embedding a culture of respect and relational practice, placing our residents at the centre of everything we do.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.

You will have a proven ability to build strong relationships with residents, partners and stakeholders, and enjoy working collaboratively across services to resolve issues, improve performance and drive positive change. Using insight, performance data and resident feedback, you'll continually identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and ensure residents receive responsive, effective support.
With experience of managing housing, neighbourhood or customer-facing services, you'll be comfortable making informed decisions, managing risk and taking ownership of performance. You'll ensure services are delivered consistently, fairly and in line with relevant policies, procedures and standards. Most importantly, you'll share Camden's commitment to putting residents at the heart of everything we do. You'll bring energy, resilience and a collaborative approach, helping us deliver outstanding neighbourhood services and create communities where residents can thrive.
