Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our neonatal team as a Band 7 Neonatal Physiotherapist. This specialist role provides the opportunity to lead and develop neonatal physiotherapy and developmental care services, supporting babies born prematurely or with complex perinatal needs and their families.

Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary neonatal team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering family-integrated care, promoting optimal neurodevelopmental outcomes, and supporting parents during a critical stage of their baby's journey.

Please note due to the part-time hours we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this post. Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract.

Main Duties of the Job

As an Autonomous Specialist Practitioner, You Will

  • Provide expert assessment, treatment, and management of neonates with complex developmental needs.
  • Lead on developmental and family-integrated care within the Neonatal Unit.
  • Deliver specialist advice, education, and support to families, empowering them to become active partners in their baby's care.
  • Work collaboratively with neonatal consultants, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Develop referral pathways and support seamless transitions from hospital to home and community services.
  • Lead teaching, training, and service development initiatives across the neonatal workforce.
  • Contribute to quality improvement, audit, policy development, and clinical governance activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
