Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

A rapidly growing, UK-based professional services organisation is seeking a talented Solutions Developer to join its expanding technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation projects within a forward-thinking business that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in enhancing core business systems, developing modern web-based solutions, and driving automation across the organisation. Working within a collaborative, cross-functional team, you’ll help design and deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions that improve efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance business-critical systems and integrations
- Build web-based applications and automation solutions
- Contribute to system design, architecture, and technical decisions
- Produce clear documentation and accurate development estimates
- Manage multiple development tasks while maintaining quality
- Support troubleshooting, optimisation, and continuous improvement

Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with.NET /.NET Core (C#), ASP.NET Core, Web API
- Familiarity with Azure Functions and modern cloud-based development
- Experience with Blazor (API work & integration)
- Strong SQL Server
- Agentic AI
- AI workflows
