About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced.NET Developer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Microsoft technology business. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale applications that have a tangible impact on manufacturing and distribution operations. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative development team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting critical business applications across various platforms, including CRM, logistics, EDI, and integration services. The position is a hybrid role, requiring one day per week in the office, and provides a permanent opportunity to grow within an innovative environment that values technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of commercial experience as a .NET Developer, showcasing a strong background in building and supporting enterprise applications. Proven experience working with CRM, EDI, logistics platforms, or other mission-critical systems is essential. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in developing and integrating APIs, particularly REST and SOAP, as well as developing solutions on Microsoft Azure. Technical proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, and SQL Server is required. Additionally, familiarity with modern development practices, including TDD, CI/CD, and version control systems like Git or Azure DevOps, is highly desirable. A passion for clean, maintainable code and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level.NET applications aligned with business requirements.
- Build and integrate REST and SOAP APIs to facilitate seamless communication between systems.
- Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions and App Services.
- Modernize existing applications to improve performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support for live, mission-critical systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and fellow developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to technical standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
- Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies, to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure maintainability and compliance with industry standards.
