Senior .NET Developer (Gambling / Real-Time Systems)
About the Role
A rapidly scaling and fast-moving gambling/betting company is looking for multiple .NET contractors with proven experience to support their expansion into new markets. You’ll be at the forefront of building high-performance backend systems, ensuring seamless scalability and expansion across jurisdictions.
This is a 6-month, fully remote contract (outside IR35), paying £500–£600/day.
Key Focus Areas:
- SignalR for real-time communication
- Odds feeds and real-time data processing
- KYC and casino aggregator integrations
- Cloud-native infrastructure (hosted in Azure)
- Admin tool deployment/rebroadcast for new entities (potential rebuild with full-stack expertise)
- Migration from .NET 9 → .NET 11
- Leveraging AI tools effectively

Skills & Expertise
✅ Senior .NET development (backend & cloud) ✅ Experience with signalR, real-time systems, high-throughput data pipelines ✅ Azure cloud architecture + CI/CD (containers, microservices) ✅ Full-stack proficiency (jQuery-AJAX, React, React Native API integration) ✅ Familiarity with gambling/finance compliance (KYC, licensing, integrity feeds) ✅ Git/SVN integration (needs to work consistently with upstream) ✅ AI/ML applications (how AI can enhance product execution, not just script-writing) ✅ Strong knowledge of APIs, data aggregation, or IDS systems (ideally fintech/gambling experience) ✅ Ability to stand up new entities’ infrastructure quickly
