Job Title: SC Cleared .NET Developer
Location: Leeds/Hybrid (1x day per week)
Day Rate: Competitive rate - Outside IR35
Duration: 3 months - Strong chance of extension

Non-negotiables
- MUST have active SC clearance or higher
- Proactive and collaborative by nature
- Comfortable working onsite in Leeds 1 day per week
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C#,.NET, and React
- Develop new functionality using modern.NET technologies, primarily.NET 8/9
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders
- Support and occasionally maintain legacy VB.NET applications where required
- Contribute to technical discussions, engineering best practices, and ways of working
- Support and mentor team members within a developing engineering function
- Take a consultative approach when engaging with stakeholders and delivery teams

Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with C# and.NET (preferably.NET 8/9)
- Proven experience developing modern front-end applications using React
- Experience working within on-premise environments
- Exposure to legacy VB.NET codebases
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
- Experience working closely with QA teams and supporting quality-driven delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in environments where processes and structures are still evolving
