.NET Developer, C# 14 – Global Technology Brand (Stansted, Essex)

About the Opportunity

Join a global technology leader, founded in 1981, and one of the most recognised brands in the industry. Known for pushing innovation through .NET software development, they’re investing £2 billion annually in R&D to shape future technologies.

Following an ambitious expansion plan, they’re seeking experienced .NET Developers with expertise in either:

  • Web application development (.NET Core, C#)
  • WinForms/WPF (C#)

As part of their award-winning team, you’ll receive immersive technical training, covering:

  • .NET 10.0, WPF, MVVM, Prism
  • JavaScript, React, Angular 21
  • Microservices, Azure Cosmos DB, Vue.js
  • TypeScript, Azure, AWS
  • ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework
  • Node.js, Elasticsearch, Agile, TDD, BDD
  • Scrum, Kanban, Azure SQL

Support will ensure you master these technologies while progressing through their structured career development program, including optional formal training and two annual salary reviews.

Location & Remuneration

📍 Primary office: Stansted, Essex, UK ⚡ Remote working allowed

💼 Salary range: £75,000 – £80,000 (including bonus, pension, and competitive benefits) Prerequisite: Candidates must be based in the UK and have the right to work here.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop , maintain, and upgrade web apps, desktop applications (WPF), and microservices using .NET Core, C#
  • Participate in full lifecycle development from design to deployment, using best practices (TDD, BDD, Scrum)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software solutions
  • Architect and enhance scalable enterprise systems leveraging Azure, microservices
  • Drive innovation in a cutting-edge tech environment

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

✅ 3+ years in C#/.NET development, preferably including:

  • .NET Core, ASP.NET, WPF, or WinForms development
  • Experience with Azure/MS cloud development (Cosmos DB, SQL, etc.)
  • Familiarity with React/Angular or modern frontend frameworks
