Net Revenue Management Insight & Analytics Manager
Join our international Personal Care and Consumer Tissue Commercial Development team and help us accelerate profitable growth with Net Revenue Management.
Note: This is a hybrid role which can be based at many locations across Europe; see further details at the end of this posting.
About the Role
As Net Revenue Management Insight & Analytics Manager, you will play an essential role in driving our Net Revenue Management (NRM) transformation across diverse markets and functions. Working within our central Commercial Development team, you will own an ever-improving suite of analytical solutions which are the engine of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development and optimization of our suite of NRM analytical solutions
- Own the vision for the development of each of our existing NRM analytical platforms, especially related to promotions and pricing
- Identify new solutions that will support Essity’s NRM transformation
- Collaborate with IT, commercial teams, and external partners to deliver plans
- Create pioneering new approaches and solutions yourself
- Ensure that analytical tools are always fully functioning, accurate, and fit-for-purpose
- Drive adoption and embedding of NRM analytics
- Ensure NRM analytical platforms are embedded in prescribed ways of working and templates
- Design and deliver systems training
- Drive awareness of analytical tools through comms and personal presence
- Track and report system usage rates
- Keep the network of NRM practitioners connected to our plans, including regular presentations
- Lead problem-solving to overcome complex data and analytical barriers to adoption
- Partner with commercial teams to turn insight to action
- Demonstrate appropriate use cases for analytical tools, connected to real business issues
- Be the go-to internal expert for NRM insight & analytics, trusted by a wide network of colleagues

You have incredible analytical and creative problem-solving skills. You have strong NRM knowledge and business acumen, and are comfortable turning complex data into simple, actionable recommendations. You are motivated to drive an ambitious program, and to connect with diverse colleagues across borders and functions.

Key Requirements
- Extensive experience within FMCG within analytical, financial, or commercial roles
- Experience in Net Revenue Management / Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P)
- Strong knowledge of NRM levers (pricing, PPA, promotions, mix, trade investment) and analytical concepts, such as elasticity
- Extensive experience building analytical solutions, such as scenario modelling
- Experience working with external data and analytics partners
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Very strong organisational and project management capability
- Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable recommendations
- Exceptional Excel skills, and strong Power BI capabilities
- Good working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) from hands-on experience
Additionally
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Further technical strengths, for example Python and R will be beneficial, but not essential
- Ability to build statistical models and machine learning algorithms will be beneficial, but not essential
- Willingness to travel (20–30%)
