Net Revenue Manager – 12 Month FTC contract
Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Package
We are looking for a Net Revenue Manager to join our UK Consumer Goods business on a 12 month fixed term contract.
We are partnered with a leading manufacturer of consumer goods, committed to delivering innovative products and solutions that make everyday life better. They specialise in wellbeing, personal care, and beauty products.
Working on a hybrid basis (three days in the office and up to two days from home), you'll report to the Head of Net Revenue Management and play a key role in driving profitable growth across our portfolio.
You'll lead the development of pricing, promotional, product mix, and pack architecture strategies, using data driven insights to maximise commercial performance. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category, and Shopper teams, you'll help deliver best in class Net Revenue Management initiatives and support long term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing, promotion, and product mix strategies to drive profitable growth.
- Analyse commercial and customer data to identify revenue opportunities and optimise performance.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams to deliver Net Revenue Management initiatives.
- Support pricing decisions, promotional planning, and new product launches.
- Present recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to annual business planning.
- Lead or support commercial projects across regional and international markets.

Candidate Profile:
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in Net Revenue Management, Commercial Strategy, Sales, Category, Commercial Finance, or a similar commercial role within FMCG or retail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- A good understanding of pricing, promotions, profitability, and commercial performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
