Net Revenue / Revenue Growth Analyst
About The Role
We are looking to appoint a Net Revenue/Revenue Growth Analyst to work in partnership with the commercial and marketing teams to maximise profitable growth by optimising pricing, promotions, pack architecture and trade investment using FMCG insight and analytics.
What You Will Do
- Provide local performance reporting – Turn Net Revenue Management insights into reports, dashboards and recommendations based on KPI delivery, covering volume, value, profitability and market observations.
- NRM Best Practice – Keeping a finger on the FMCG pulse. Monitoring the marketplace, retail environment and NRM/RGM examples from competing and non-competing categories to bring best-in-class Net Revenue Management examples into Essity.
- Support Commercial Delivery – Through Net Revenue Management insights and analysis including but not limited to promotional performance and profitability, pricing execution and PPA identification.
- NRM ownership – taking full net revenue responsibility for bespoke brands including but not limited to, Demakeup and WAU brands/categories working cross functionally to deliver profitable opportunities.
- NRM Leadership – working closely with the Irish Commercial Team to ensure adoption and execution of Net Revenue Management principles and unlocking any further opportunities.
- Promotional Consolidated Laydowns – working with Sales to ensure all promo laydowns are kept up to date with pricing, feature and EPOS to allow speedy analysis.
- Promo Pressure Points/Price Indices – turning laydowns into scoreable PPP tables for review alongside monitoring price indices vs the competitive set.

Who You Are
- Business acumen: Ability to connect pricing, promotions, retail environment and mix to sales performance and growth
- FMCG intelligence: Understanding of FMCG marketplace, retail environment and channels. Naturally curious of brands and manufacturers with a lens on their NRM/RGM strategy and tactics.
- Analytical: Ability to handle large data sets and extract clear, actionable insights
- BI & reporting tools: Experience of using SAP/CRM/BI tools alongside category data tools (Kantar, Nielsen) to design and maintain simple NRM dashboards and reports.
- Accuracy & discipline: Ability to ensure a single trusted set of numbers through great attention to detail showcasing issues and opportunities through data analysis.
- Curiosity & problem solving: Going beyond simple analysis and insight to ideation and creative commercial thinking to unlock potential Net Revenue Management opportunities of value creation.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and wider customer marketing teams to explain data and insights in simple terms.
- Growth mindset: Demonstrating a proactive, opportunity-seeking attitude of continued learning and continuously seeking to unlock new NRM opportunities.
- Can do attitude: Showcasing a solution focusing approach and a desire to widen commercial and Net Revenue Management thinking by supporting NRM Lead/Manager at times of high workload and during key times within the BPC cycle.
