NetSuite Administrator – Permanent Role (Right to Work in the UK)

Location: Manchester | Contract: Hybrid (3 days in office) | Salary: £50,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our Manchester-based team in a hybrid capacity. This role is focused as an end-user position, where you will directly support our business by managing and optimising our NetSuite environment—rather than working in a consultancy or partner setting.

Your responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and secure operation of our NetSuite platform, aligning system capabilities with business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configuration & Maintenance:

    • Manage daily NetSuite administration, including saved searches, forms, workflows, custom fields, and records, keeping the system stable and aligned with business processes.
  • Security & Access Management:

    • Maintain and optimise user access controls, role design, and permission structures to ensure a secure, audit-ready environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • User Support & Training:

    • Serve as the primary support contact for end users across the business, triaging issues, delivering training, and escalating technical queries to external teams as required.
  • System Updates & Maintenance:

    • Coordinate bi-annual NetSuite updates, assessing their impact on live configurations and facilitating regression testing to mitigate business disruption.
  • Data & Reporting:

    • Develop and refine reports, KPI dashboards, and saved searches to provide actionable insights for Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and, where needed, external vendors or partners to support system enhancements, integrations, or optimisations.

About You

We are looking for an administrator with:

  • The ability to act as the go-to specialist for the business, offering clear and patient end-user support across all levels.
  • Experience in managing system updates and deployment testing, reducing risks to live operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • A light knowledge of SuiteFlow automation or basic SuiteScript exposure is advantageous but not essential.
