Position: NetSuite Finance Systems Specialist
Location: Hybrid / Remote Options Available
Position Type: Permanent
Position Overview:
DCG IT LTD is seeking a NetSuite Finance Systems Specialist to own the day-to-day BAU operations and post-implementation optimization of our client's core finance platform. You will ensure high system availability, data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across financial workflows, integrations, and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- BAU Operations: Own day-to-day operation of NetSuite ERP, maintaining system performance, data integrity, and supporting period/year-end finance activities.
- Optimization & Enhancements: Identify and execute system configuration changes, automated workflows, and reporting improvements to match evolving business needs.
- Data & Integration: Maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms, ensuring accurate and complete financial data flows.
- Governance & Testing: Govern the UAT process for system changes, managing defect resolution and release controls while maintaining audit readiness.
- User Support: Act as the technical escalation point for complex user queries, delivering system documentation and training to promote best-practice adoption.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience within a systems implementation or administration role (in-house or consultancy).
- Proven hands-on experience implementing and administering NetSuite ERP.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FX, reporting).
- Solid experience managing UAT, change management, and technical integrations.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or group consolidation systems is highly desirable.

- Accounts Payable
