Are you ready to bridge the gap between technology and business?

Role: Netsuite Consultant
Employment: Permanent
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum + Benefits

James Adams Group is partnering with an innovative and growing organisation to recruit a talented Techno-Functional Netsuite Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering technology solutions that create real business value.

If you're equally comfortable engaging with business users and technical teams, and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You'll work across multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders to optimise business processes, improve system capabilities, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Work closely with development, architecture and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Configure, customise and support enterprise applications where required.
  • Provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support testing, user acceptance activities and post-go-live enhancements.
  • Produce clear documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
