Job Title
I'm currently working with a leading Energy provider, who are looking to appoint an Interim NetSuite Lead for an initial 3-6 month contract starting in August/September. They are open to engaging someone on either a day-rate contract or fixed-term salary, depending on your preference.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Lead to take ownership of our Oracle NetSuite platform in a pivotal handover role. This is a unique opportunity to play a key part in ensuring a seamless transition between a departing team member and a new permanent hire, while driving the continued evolution of our finance systems.
This is a finance-based systems role, sitting entirely within the Finance function. As the Oracle NetSuite subject matter expert, you'll be responsible for maximising the platform's capabilities, supporting the finance team, and leading ongoing system improvements that enhance efficiency, reporting and controls.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
