Our client an award-winning Oracle NetSuite Partner, are growing and looking for a talented and motivated NetSuite Consultant to join the team and play a key role in delivering high-impact ERP solutions to our clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong functional NetSuite expertise and a passion for solving business challenges. You’ll work closely with a wide range of clients, helping them implement, optimise, and get the most out of their NetSuite investment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes and translate requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
- Configure and optimize NetSuite modules, including Financials (GL, AP, AR), CRM, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Advanced Revenue Recognition.
- Deliver engaging, customized training sessions to drive strong user adoption and system proficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, ensuring system performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
- Stay up to date with NetSuite releases and industry best practices, bringing innovative ideas to clients and projects.
- Contribute to internal best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance delivery quality.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, client presentations, and proposal development.

Skills & Competencies
Essential
-
Strong NetSuite Expertise
In-depth understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Order Management, Inventory, and Manufacturing, including how they interconnect. Proven ability to configure and tailor NetSuite to meet diverse business requirements. -
Business Process Knowledge
Solid grasp of key business processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report) with the ability to map and optimize them within NetSuite. -
Implementation Experience
Hands-on experience with implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and a track record of delivering full lifecycle NetSuite implementations—from discovery through to go-live and ongoing support. -
Data Management Skills
Experience in data migration, cleansing, and validation, with a good understanding of data integration concepts and tools.

Technical Awareness
Working knowledge of NetSuite technical capabilities (e.g., SuiteScript, APIs) to effectively collaborate with developers and integration teams. -
Solution Design & Problem Solving
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice NetSuite solutions that support long-term growth. -
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve NetSuite system issues efficiently. -
AI & Automation Awareness
Good understanding of NetSuite AI capabilities and tools, with practical experience applying them to enhance business processes. -
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable

NetSuite Certifications
Certifications such as SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator, or Financial User are highly valued and demonstrate proven expertise. -
Accounting Background
Degree in Accounting or relevant professional certifications (AAT, CIMA, ACCA) are advantageous.
