NetSuite Functional Consultant
NetSuite Functional Consultant – Remote (with Client Site Visits)
About the Role
A growing, close-knit NetSuite implementation partner is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to join their UK-based team.
The role involves delivering end-to-end projects, including business analysis, implementation, and ongoing client support. At times, you may need to visit client sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive NetSuite implementation projects from initiation to go-live and delivery
- Conduct business analysis and translate client requirements into technical specifications
- Lead client relationships, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Provide functional governance through testing, training, and post-go-live support
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless system performance
- Support process optimisation and system enhancement post-implementation

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven NetSuite professional experience (no specialism limitations) in one of the following areas:
- Quote-to-Cash (QTC)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Core financials, inventory, or servant processes
- Strong background in customisation, reporting tools (SuiteScript, MapReduce where applicable), and integration methodologies
- Clear understanding across multiple business modules within NetSuite
- Track record of client relationship management—delivering projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
- UK-based with a permanent right to work in the UK

Bonus Experience
- Previous finance industry experience or third-party vendor stakeholder engagement role
- Familiarity with NetSuite-Specific certifications or lists (candidate drive) would be an asset
