Role Overview
You will own and deliver high‑quality NetSuite implementations for SMB and mid‑market customers, acting as the functional lead across discovery, design, configuration, and go‑live. Working closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams, you will ensure NetSuite solutions are correctly designed, optimised, and aligned to best practice.
The role combines hands‑on NetSuite delivery with trusted advisory responsibilities, helping customers standardise processes, reduce complexity, and realise long‑term value from their ERP investment. You will also contribute to internal NetSuite initiatives and continuous improvement of our own NetSuite environment.

- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of NetSuite implementations, from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, training, and go‑live.
- Act as the go‑to specialist for NetSuite functionality, advising clients and internal teams on optimal configuration and process alignment.
- Design, configure, and deliver NetSuite solutions covering:
- Core ERP and financial processes
- General Ledger, AP, AR, and Cash Management
- Fixed Assets (FAM)
- Tax & VAT (UK and international concepts)
- Consolidation, reporting, and period close
- Design and configure Multi-subsidiary (OneWorld) and multi-currency environments, including intercompany processing where required.
- Translate business and operational requirements into pragmatic, scalable NetSuite configurations, favouring standard functionality over customisation.
- Lead requirements‑gathering workshops and design sessions with finance and operational stakeholders.
- Produce clear, high‑quality functional documentation, including solution designs, configuration workbooks, and user guides.
- Own functional oversight through UAT, cutover, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilisation to ensure successful adoption.
- Support presales activities where required, including solution scoping, demonstrations, and implementation planning.
- Contribute to internal NetSuite initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, Business Leads, and Customer Success teams to deliver against agreed quality and governance standards.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and optimisation opportunities, providing clear recommendations and mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Strong, recent experience delivering NetSuite implementations within a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Broad functional expertise across NetSuite core modules.
- Confident configuring and advising on:
- Chart of Accounts, subsidiaries, classes, and locations
- Financial and operational roles, approvals, and controls
- Tax engines, VAT reporting, and reporting structures
- Revenue recognition, billing schedules, and reporting
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business and finance processes (Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, Lead-to-Quote).
- Experience working in multi-subsidiary and multi-currency environments.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, and CFOs.
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.

Desirable
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Financial User, Financial Consultant).
- Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience configuring SuiteTax and/or Legacy Tax, including nexus, VAT codes, and reporting.
- Experience with ERP implementation, finance systems delivery, or finance transformation programmes.
