NetSuite NSPB Specialist
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite NSPB Specialist to design, implement, maintain, and optimize NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to develop budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and planning models that support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle EPM/NSPB, financial planning processes, and NetSuite integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) applications.
- Develop and enhance planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial consolidation models.
- Build and maintain business rules, calculations, forms, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Configure metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, security, and workflow within NSPB.
- Develop and support integrations between NSPB, NetSuite ERP, and other business systems using Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs, or integration platforms.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Partner with Finance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable NSPB solutions.
- Optimize planning models for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
- Perform system testing, validation, and deployment of enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and user guides.
- Deliver end-user training and provide functional support to business users.
- Recommend best practices and continuous improvements for financial planning processes.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new feature adoption.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) or Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Planning.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP integration.
- Knowledge of multidimensional planning concepts and financial modeling.
- Experience developing business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Familiarity with Data Management, Smart View, EPM Automate, and data integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience supporting finance users in a fast-paced business environment.
