NetSuite Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven NetSuite Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of NetSuite implementation, optimisation, and enhancement projects.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and implementation partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and external consultants.
- Facilitate project workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure change management and user adoption activities are effectively planned and executed.
- Oversee testing phases including UAT and coordinate successful go-live activities.
- Manage post-implementation support, project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure project governance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience managing NetSuite implementation or ERP projects.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP functionality and business processes.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities with experience managing multiple workstreams.
- Experience managing third-party implementation partners.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, or similar.

Desirable
- NetSuite implementation experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CRM, or Warehouse Management.
- PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, retail, or eCommerce environments.
- Knowledge of SuiteSuccess methodology.
- Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and change management best practices.
