NetSuite Support Administrator
We're looking for a proactive NetSuite Support Administrator to join a growing business that is continuing to invest heavily in its ERP landscape. You'll be the first point of contact for NetSuite users across the business, ensuring the system is running efficiently while supporting continuous improvements and user adoption.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid NetSuite administration experience who enjoys problem-solving, working closely with end users, and contributing to the ongoing optimisation of a business-critical ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite users across multiple business functions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Manage user accounts, roles and permissions.
- Create and maintain Saved Searches, Reports, KPIs and Dashboards.
- Perform CSV imports and support data integrity initiatives.
- Assist with NetSuite configuration and system enhancements.
- Support testing for new functionality, patches and system upgrades.
- Produce and maintain system documentation and user guides.
- Deliver user training and onboarding for new starters.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and IT teams to understand business requirements.
- Liaise with third-party NetSuite partners where required.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Required Experience
- 2+ years' experience supporting or administering NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite core functionality.
- Experience creating Saved Searches, Reports and Dashboards.
- Experience with CSV Imports and data management.
- Good understanding of NetSuite roles and permissions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Experience documenting business processes and system changes.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple departments.

Desirable Skills
- Experience with SuiteAnalytics Workbook.
- Exposure to SuiteFlow.
- Basic SuiteScript knowledge.
- Experience supporting NetSuite OneWorld.
- Knowledge of Finance, Order Management, Procurement or Inventory modules.
- Experience with integrations such as Celigo, Shopify or other third-party applications.
- Experience working alongside NetSuite implementation partners.
