We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator for our business, Franchise Brands.
Franchise Brands is an international, multi-brand franchisor focused on building market-leading businesses primarily via a franchise model. The Group currently has a combined network of over 625 franchisees across seven brands in the UK, North America, and Europe.
We own several market-leading brands with established trading histories: Metro Rod, Metro Plumb, Willow Pumps, Filta, and more recently, Pirtek in Europe - all of which benefit from the Group’s central support services, in particular; Franchise Support, National Sales / Account Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Finance, Recruitment, and HR.
What does it entail?
We are seeking a NetSuite Systems Administrator to optimise their systems and take ownership of their broader technology landscape. This role plays a key part in bridging the gap between finance and IT, focusing on system administration, customisation, and process improvements. You will act as the primary liaison for system vendors and oversee the systems roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support, including roles and permissions, dashboards, and reports
- Understand the data structure within NetSuite and best practices relating to data migration and integrations:
- Internal ID / External ID
- Relationship between Entity / Transaction / Item tables and the records within
- Creation and maintenance of the following objects:
- Roles & Permissions
- Dashboards
- Fields & Forms
- Custom Records
- Ability to design, configure, and support Suiteflows (workflows) and SuiteApprovals
- Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including Saved searches, Suite analytics, and Reporting
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency
- Ensure best practices are applied to ERP integrations from a NetSuite perspective
- Design and deliver effective user training & materials, support adoption across teams
- Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and own the project roadmap
- Communicating with, and coordinating, third-party vendors

What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of NetSuite experience.
- Strong understanding of core financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) and business processes
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and core finance processes (Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, CRM)
- Appreciation / knowledge of key financial process through the system (Consolidation, Currency & FX Management, Intercompany Elimination)
- Demonstrable experience of Implementing NetSuite into either a business or supporting partner / NetSuite professional services, or as part of the client-side team
- Experience with Saved searches, Customisation, Reporting, and Dashboards
- Strong integration and automation skills
- Experience delivering a project road map/pipeline of projects
- Experience of working within a multi subsidiary, multi-country, and multi-currency NetSuite Oneworld environment
- Continuous improvement and automation skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
