NetSuite Systems Administrator – Franchise Brands
Location & Working Arrangement
- Location: Macclesfield
- Type: Full-time permanent
- Salary: £50K DOE + benefits

The Role
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Systems Administrator who can optimize our systems and drive broader technology improvements. This role bridges finance and IT, ensuring seamless system administration, customization, and process refinement. You will act as the primary liaison between our team and system vendors while overseeing the technology roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Customization
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support including:
- Roles and permissions management
- Dashboard development and maintenance
- Reporting (saved searches, analytics)
- Master NetSuite data structure, including:
- Internal/External IDs
- Relationships between entities, transactions, and items
- Design, configure, and maintain system objects:
- Roles & permissions
- Fields & forms
- Custom records
- SuiteFlows and SuiteApproval

Technical Excellence & Enhancement
- Customize NetSuite to meet business needs, including:
- Saved searches
- Suite Analytics
- Reporting
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive efficiency improvements
- Ensure adherence to best practices in ERP integrations, particularly from a NetSuite perspective
Stakeholder & User Engagement
- Deliver effective user training and materials to ensure system adoption across teams
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and ownership of the project roadmap
- Coordinate with third-party vendors
Requirements
Technical Skills
- 3+ years of NetSuite experience
- Proficiency in:
- Core financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C)
- NetSuite modules including:
- Financials
- Order Management
- Inventory Management
- Procurement
- CRM
- Experience with:
- Consolidation, currency and FX management, intercompany eliminations
- Saved searches, customization, dashboard and reporting development
- ** SuiteFlows, SuiteAppsautomation**
- ERP integrations and multi-country/multi-currency NetSuite OneWorld environments
