A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Network Architect to play a pivotal role in the design, evolution, and governance of its enterprise network infrastructure. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected technology function responsible for delivering secure, resilient, and high-performing network services supporting critical global operations.

The Role

As Network Architect, you will be responsible for defining and delivering network architecture strategies across a complex enterprise environment. You will lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient network solutions, working closely with infrastructure, security, cloud, and engineering teams to support both business transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise network architecture standards, roadmaps, and high-level designs.
  • Design and govern complex LAN, WAN, cloud, and hybrid connectivity solutions.
  • Lead network architecture for major technology transformation and infrastructure projects.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve performance, resilience, security, and scalability.
  • Define network security requirements, including segmentation, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and remote access solutions.
  • Produce architecture documentation and present solutions to architecture and governance forums.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Support capacity planning, resilience strategies, and disaster recovery requirements across the network estate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
