Network Architect

Inside IR35, 6 months, Financial Services

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Network Architect to design and deliver secure, resilient and scalable network solutions across a large enterprise environment.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party suppliers, you will provide technical leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring network designs align with business objectives and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise network solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and governance across network projects.
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical designs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
  • Support projects through design, implementation, and delivery.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, resilience, and performance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in enterprise network architecture, design, and support.
  • Expert knowledge of Cisco networking technologies.
  • Experience with Juniper and F5 technologies.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and best practice.
  • Experience delivering technical projects within high-availability environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant networking certification (CCNP or above preferred).
  • Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
